Will allow female sim's, ages teen to adult, to have a period.
When first loading a lot after installing this hack, the Period Controller will check each sim on the lot to see if they meet the necessary requirements to have a period, and if so they will be assigned a token. The Controller will check once every hour to see if there are any new sims on the lot who meet the requirements. Visitors and NPCs are also able to have periods.
A sim will start her period every 4 days, and last between 8 and 16 hours. If the sim is a teen and it is her first period, she will have a memory 'Had My First Period', this memory is not available to YAs and adults. The initial starting day, hour and duration are determined when the sim is assigned their period token and the values are stored on the token. When a sim reaches the elder age she will no longer have periods. If a sim is pregnant she will not have a period.
Initially the day that a sim will start her period is chosen at random between Monday and Sunday. The hour she will start her period is also chosen at random. So if the day she starts her initial period is Tuesday and the hour is 9:00am and the day you start playing is Tuesday and the hour is 10:00am, then you'll have to keep playing until 9:00am of the next Tuesday before you recieve a message that she has started her period. Periods will occur every 4 days after she has had her initial period.
The Effects of the period are a decrease of the comfort and hygeine motives. Using a tampon will stop the hygiene motive from being effected until it's effects wear off. A tampon remains effective for 4 hours.The Tampon Controller will direct a sim to use a tampon autonomously. All that the Use Tampon interaction does is make the sim use the toilet, there are no new animations and no modifications done to any of the toilets. The Tampon Controller will direct the sim to use the toilet and will check to see if the toilet was successfully used and if so will diplay a message stating that the sim has used a tampon. If the Use Tampon Interaction is cancelled from the sim's queue, you can just direct the sim to use the toilet and that will satisfy the Controller that the sim has used a tampon.
There are no global modifications in any of the package files included in this hack and all have registered GUIDs, so the risk of conflict with other hacks is low.
I have Original, University and NightLife, if your installation differs from this let me know whether it works for you not. I think it should be compatible with all EPs though.
Place all the package files in your downloads folder.
If you are downloading an updated version allow the new package files to overwrite the old ones in your downloads folder.

New Features, Changes and Bug Fixes:
-Period's now enabled for community lots.
-Option to start or end period by clicking on a sim.
-Option to change the duration of a sim's period. This option is only available when the sim isn't having a period.
-The tampon controller now takes locked doors and other barriers, i.e. a toilet in a room without a door, into consideration when locating a toilet to use.
-Added cramps. This uses part of the labor pains animation. Lowers comfort.
-Added munchies. This will cause a sim to crave junk food, and she will go to the fridge and either get cookies or chips to eat.
-Tampons now last for four hours instead of three.
-Sims you are talking to on the telephone will no longer be checked by the period controller.
-Fixed a problem in the Display Period Stats controller that was causing sims to appear to lose autonomy.
-Fixed a problem where if a sim left for work or school needing to change her tampon, she wouldn't be able to change it until returning home.
-The tampon controller is now more aggressive in making a sim change her tampon.
-The period controller will now check to see if a sim's period started or ended on another lot and quietly start or end it if she is or isn't supposed to be having it at the current day and time. This function will also be activated if the day or time has been changed by the Insimenator's temporal adjuster.
